HDR - or High
Dynamic Range Lighting is still somewhat of a mystery
to many in the poser community. Basically it boils down to using
an image which captures a wider range of hues and gradient levels
(in 32-bit) to light a scene with, creating a more lifelike
or photorealistic result. Using these lights can be somewhat
tricky, and downloading HDR probes and setting them up can be
a pain, so I have created some light sets using probes I rendered,
or created for Poser. There are two sets. One uses rendered
probes, the other utilizes designs created in Photoshop and
saved to 32-bit HDR format. They are available as Poser downloads
or as separate probe downloads for non-poser applications.
